Strategically located on the hills of Lavagna, halfway between Genoa and
Cinque Terre, Anna's place is a delightful country house apartment where
she holds her cooking classes. It is furnished with style and very functional,
situated at the ground floor with its colorful terraced garden arranged with
rose bushes in front of the main entrance, and with a magnificent view over
the gulf. The fully furnished and equipped kitchen makes just one large
open space with the living room, creating the perfect location for Anna's
guests cooking sessions.

old country house. Located on the hill of Cogorno, it enjoys a wide view over the sea.
The property is all surrounded by olive groves that characterize the area and ensure quiteness. The B&B offers 4 bedrooms each with a capacity from 2 to 4 people, private bathroom and TV. A large garden and cozy terraces for relaxation and outdoor breakfasts are the common areas. A continental buffet breakfast is served in the morning. Typical Ligurian country house located in a hilly area, in the municipality of Chiavari, easily reachable from the motorway exit, about 3 km away. The house is surrounded by a well-kept private flower garden and terraces cultivated with olive groves, orchards and vegetable gardens. From the large patio in front of the main entrance, equipped with a barbeque, a beautiful view over the gulf can be enjoyed. A second smaller patio at the back of the house and leading to the kitchen, offers another cozy spot of relaxation. Both of these dehors are equipped with table and deck chairs. Inside the house, the furnishings are sober but equipped with all the necessary facilities, including air conditioning and wi-fi. This accommodation is ideal for families or small groups as it offers a country-style kitchen, a living room with table, sofa and TV, two double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed), and a complete bathroom with tub and shower. A private parking space is available inside the property and accessible from the house via an external staircase.

Cozy, independent apartment downtown Rapallo, at a walking distance ether from the train station and the sea promenade. Located at the ground floor of a nice block building in quiet green area, it is modernally furnished and can accommodate up to
3 people. It offers a spacious double bedroom with a double king size bed, one bright and roomy living room with armchairs and a single bed, one fully equipped and comfortable kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and shower. One front balcony for eating and relaxation outside and a smaller back balcony complete the accommodation. Air conditioning system and wi-fi connection are available in the apartment free of charge, along with hot water, heating and electricity. Ideal accommodation for smal groups or families. A cot can be provided if necessary. Parking place is public along the road close to the block building.

Rifugio Mare & Monti House - Chiavari (Genoa)
Ligurian rural house dated back the beginning of the last century, radically renovated in 2013, and equipped with new furnishings. It is located on the Chiavari hill, from which it enjoys a wide view over the Gulf of Tigullio and the promontory of Portofino. It is totally independent and surrounded by ancient olive groves. It can accommodate up to 8 people, ideal for families or groups who are passionate about outdoor sports and who appreciate tranquility, nature, trekking and the sea. The property can be reached on foot in 10 ' along a mule track which goes up through the small village of Campodonico, from the main road where you leave the car. The beaches of Chiavari are 10 'away by car. The house inside offers a fully and modernly furnished kitchen, equipped with appliances, a large living room with sofa, armchairs, TV, a wood stove and a large table for dining. On the same floor there is also a service bathroom. Upstairs there are two multiple bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bunk bed for two people, and a large bathroom with tub and shower. An internal staircase connects the two floors. The private flower garden extends all around the house. A paved patio in front of the main entrance gives the opportunity to eat outdoors while enjoying the sea view.
