Ask Anna to be the chef and the organizer of your special event in a charming villa in Portofino area, with a spectacular view over the sea.
A roomy and sunny dining room overlooking the villa garden will be the perfect place for a special meal to celebrate with your friends of family.
In the good weather the garden, instead, wil be the spendid location for a meal outside to impress your guests. The villa also provides accommodation for at least 10 guests, in case the group would like to stay overnight. The villa is available for such a service from September to May. Anna's cooking classes for families with children
Join Anna's cooking classes specifically tailor made for parents with children, during your week ends or vacations along the Ligurian eastern Riviera. Both adults and children will have fun experiencing how to make doughs, fresh pasta, focacce, and cookies, not so difficult also for younger participants. Hands-on and personal involvment of all the partecipants is a must, encouraged and supervised by Anna, confident in her childmiding skills and good attitude with children. Enjoy olive oil and wine tasting under the olive trees, visiting an entire olive grove on the hill overlooking the gulf. Half a day guided visit with a final country snack and the thrill of making pesto in the old marble mortar are waiting for you. Anna and Mario, the manager of the olive grove and and the local olive press, are happy to explain you the old and the new way to cultivate and harvest the olives in Liguria. Adopt and olive tree project will be also presented to you to aknowledge an interesting way to save abandoned olive groves and get your own olive oil. Only groups of 10 participants up are accepted.
